Sarah Rhiley understands you. Her children have been students of the La Mesa Spring Valley School District students for more than seven years. Sarah knows the challenges of being a full time working parent, a stay at home parent, a military spouse and advocate for her community: she has been there. Sarah brings a fresh perspective to our community and will work tirelessly to represent our children and Put Families First.
